The Directors of Cohesion have decades of combined experience as Chartered Quantity Surveyors within the UK and International construction markets. All projects are headed up by one of the principal Directors and we pride ourselves on providing reliable and accessible support to all Clients.
The Directors are supported by technical and administrative teams selected for their particular expertise and experience on a project by project basis. We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), and are committed to the RICS Code of Ethics and professional standards.

Richard entered the Quantity Surveying profession at the age of 18 as a trainee surveyor and in more than 25 years has established a high degree of expertise across a broad range of sectors. He has had significant spells working in private practice, local government and a contractor environment, giving a wide-ranging view of the construction industry. Richard is also a qualified Project Manager and heads up the PM team for Cohesion.

Martin has worked in the construction industry since leaving school in 1985, with a varied early career path, finally focusing on Quantity Surveying and the commercial management of construction projects in the mid-nineties. He achieved Chartered status (MRICS) in 1999 and has gone on to establish a variety of sector experience. He worked in central London for 15 years and has also worked as a Quantity Surveyor in the USA for 3 years.
