Martin has worked on a number of successful projects at Heathrow Airport. Appointed as Cost Consultant for British Airports Authority (BAA), Martin worked on the following Capital Investment Projects:

• Heathrow Airport – Pier 5 Extension (passenger and coaching gate facility)
• Heathrow Airport – Terminal 2 Departures upgrade
• Heathrow Airport – Terminal 4 fire main upgrade
• Heathrow Airport – Pier 7 travelator renewal
