The role of Employer’s Agent is a contractual requirement within most Design & Build Contracts, providing for the Contract Administration and other management services during the construction process.
In most cases Cohesion also provide pre-contract and Cost Consultancy services as part of the Employer’s Agent appointment with associated benefits through the continuity of personnel and an understanding of the ‘full picture’ associated with a project.
