Annie Lee Close in Manchester has now been completed and certifed under the Passivhaus standards

The scheme comprises of 21 dwellings organised in a mix of semi-detached and terraced configuration and was completed in July 2019.

Each house is a standard 3 bed 4 person dwelling type, with a floor area of 84sq.m and satisfies Nationally Described Space Standards, NHBC and LABC technical standards.

The scheme is based on the Eco Res sustainable affordable housing concept and designed to Passivhaus standards of energy performance, achieving formal Passivhaus accreditation in 2019.
