Richard has worked on and has expertise in the provision of cost consultancy, quantity surveying and project management services on various heritage projects.

Project experience includes the provision of services on grade II listed buildings and churches for public, private and charitable sector clients such as:

• Harperley Hall – Grade II listed building, conversion to SOCO training centre
• Building 18, Bombay Sapphire – Conversion of Grade II listed building to a new cafe facility
• St Georges Church, Gateshead – Alteration and remodelling of a Grade II listed church to accommodate new WC and vestry facilities
