Cohesion are currently providing Project Management services to Bernicia Homes for the upcoming renewal of their Stock Investment Framework.

The new framework will run from 2018 to 2023 and Cohesion are advising on and managing the procurement process.

Due to the nature and size of the framework the procurement is required to comply with all OJEU and European legislation aswell as providing Bernicia with a workable and ‘best value’ framework suitable for use over the next 5 years.
